How Engagements Work
Process, Quality Control & Data Security
See VB OutTech secure intake, medical/legal professional review, AI-assisted workflow, source verification, independent human QC, and secure delivery process.
Engagement workflow
Controlled from scoping to secure delivery.
Each engagement is configured around the matter, source volume, output format, turnaround, security requirements, and client review protocol.
- 01
Scope and instructions
We confirm matter type, objective, records, preferred template, detail level, source-reference method, priority issues, due date, and authorized systems.
- 02
Secure intake and inventory
Files move through Secure OneDrive or an approved client server. Access is limited by engagement need, and the received file set is inventoried.
- 03
Medical and legal professional review
The assigned professional reviews the source record, builds the chronology or narrative, and applies matter-specific instructions.
- 04
AI assistance where authorized
For AI-powered narratives, permitted technology assists with organization and extraction. All output remains preliminary until human verified.
- 05
Source verification
Material dates, providers, diagnoses, procedures, findings, and references are checked against the record.
- 06
Independent human quality control
A separate reviewer checks completeness, chronology, terminology, consistency, formatting, confidentiality, and client instructions.
- 07
Secure release and refinement
The completed work product is delivered through the agreed channel. Scoped feedback is incorporated and applied to ongoing work.
